Shipping & Delivery Policy

At MediCart Pharmacy, we understand the importance of receiving your health and wellness products in a timely and efficient manner. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service and ensuring that your orders are delivered to you as quickly as possible.


SHIPPING POLICY
Your order will be processed in 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday (9.00 am to 6.00 pm). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account to track your order. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us at
hello@medicart.my.


SHIPPING RATES
Our shipping rates are based on the total size/weight of your order and the shipping method you choose. We offer a standard delivery using EasyParcel and its courier partners.


Shipping rates for DOMESTIC delivery are as follows: -

  • West Malaysia (Peninsular) – RM5 for first 5KG, additional RM2 for the following KG
  • East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) – RM10 for 1KG, additional RM3 for the following KG
  • FREE Delivery for orders above RM100, limited to West Malaysia addresses only unless is stated for different special promotion


SELF-COLLECTION
You may choose to collect your order at our store at the checkout page. There will be no charge for the self-collection method. The collection time will be during business hours only. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.


DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery times vary based on the shipping method you choose. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for West Malaysia and 5-10 business days for East Malaysia. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may be subject to change based on your location and other factors.


MediCart Pharmacy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

YOUR OBLIGATIONS
Please provide a valid address and contact number in the “Shipping Address” section before completion of your payment in the checkout page. Customers are not allowed to change the delivery address after the order is confirmed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not ship internationally, but we are working to provide this service in the near future.
